Liability Waiver

By signing this liability waiver, I  [Client Name] am acknowledging my understanding and acceptance of the risks involved in using the sauna and assuming full responsibility for any damages that may occur during the rental period. I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for the duration of the rental of a mobile sauna from Durango Mobile Sauna LLC from [start date] to [end date] at [location address]:

  1. Release of Liability: I understand that the use of the mobile sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, dehydration, heat exhaustion, and other injuries. I hereby release and waive any and all claims against Durango Mobile Sauna LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from the use of the mobile sauna.
     

  2. Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that I have been informed of the risks associated with the use of the mobile sauna and I voluntarily assume all risks related to its use.
     

  3. Proper Use: I agree to use the mobile sauna in a safe and responsible manner, following all instructions provided by Durango Mobile Sauna LLC. I understand that failure to do so may result in injury or damage to the sauna and I will be held responsible for any related costs. I agree to limit the number of people inside the sauna & changing room to no more than 10 people at any time. I agree to remove anybody from the sauna who is roughhousing, causing the trailer to rock, or engaging in any behavior that might pose a risk to the sauna or its occupants. I agree to always ensure that an adult is present when anybody under the age of 18 is in the sauna or changing room.
     

  4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Durango Mobile Sauna LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my use of the mobile sauna.

 

  1. Inspection and Documentation: I understand that it is my responsibility to thoroughly inspect the sauna unit upon delivery and to document any existing issues or damages with photographs. I agree to notify Durango Mobile Sauna LLC of any concerns or damages before using the sauna. Failure to document existing issues may result in liability for damages that were pre-existing. I understand there will be a $1000 security deposit held when I book the sauna rental that will be returned to me in 7-10 business days after the sauna has been returned and inspected and deemed free of any new damages.

 

  1. Payment: I understand that a 50% deposit is due at the time of my booking and the remainder of the full rental amount is due 21 days before the beginning of my rental dates.
     

  2. Cancellation Policy: I understand that there is a cancellation policy in place for the rental of the mobile sauna and I agree to abide by the following terms:

  • Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the beginning of the rental date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 5-9 days prior to the beginning of the rental date will receive a 50% refund on the total amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the beginning of the rental date will not be refunded.

Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our booking platform. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  1. Certification of Health: I certify that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from using the mobile sauna. I agree to consult with a healthcare provider if I have any concerns about using the sauna.
     

  2. Insurance: I understand that Durango Mobile Sauna LLC does not provide insurance coverage for injuries or damages related to the use of the mobile sauna. I am responsible for obtaining my own insurance coverage if desired.
     

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this liability waiver and agree to abide by them during the rental of the mobile sauna.
